RESEARCH INTERESTS
My research interests are focused in the fields of Computational Biology and Structural Bioinformatics for studying the structure and function of membrane-bound proteins, as well as the influence of the membrane environment. More specifically, my research interests include the following:
1. Membrane proteins.
2. Protein-protein interactions.
3. Signal transduction.
4. Molecular Mechanics & Molecular Dynamics simulations.
5. GPCR and G-protein mediated signalling pathways.
