RESEARCH INTERESTS
My research interests are focused on Structural biology/Molecular Biophysics. Specifically I am interested in structural studies of amyloidogenic proteins and peptide-analogues, either associated with conformational diseases, such as amyloidosis, or involved in the formation of functional amyloids. Moreover, I am currently working on computational and structural analysis of protein aggregation as an anomalous type of protein-protein interactions.
